How does multi-tenancy work?
SkySuite isolates each church's data securely. When you register a church, you become the Owner. You can invite staff members to your specific church instance, and their data will never cross over with another church's database.
What happens after I register my church?
Your registration will enter a 'Pending' state. Our Super Admins review all new registrations to ensure security and validity. Once approved (usually within 24 hours), you will receive full access to your dashboard.
Can I invite volunteers without giving them full access?
Yes! SkySuite features granular role-based access. You can assign users as 'Volunteers' which gives them limited access to specific areas (like Check-in or Rotas) without exposing sensitive member data or financial records.
How do members of the church use the app?
Church members get access to a specialized 'Member Portal' (at /my/profile). Here they can update their personal information, view their giving history, download tax statements, and manage their family members.
What payment gateways are supported for giving?
We currently integrate seamlessly with Stripe to process credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported automatically.
